First time for Virginia to see skimming technology in gas pumps. First time and it happens on 4 pumps at a single location. The skimming was detected when a customer noticed something was wrong with the credit card reader and alerted the attendant. Make sure before you put your card into the reader you check to make sure it’s not tampered with.
