Processing Company and Banks will come after you

Park City restaurant POS system is hacked, some 8,000 customers cards are compromised which leads to $1.26 Million in fraud. Now this ski town couple who have owned their restaurant since 1985 are in a battle with their processing company and US Bank for who owes what to Visa and MC for not following PCI guidelines.
