When using your credit or debit card to pay for gas, be aware of the risk. Gas stations are on the rise for having skimmer placed over the card reader or worse, behind the reader where you cannot visibly see it. Gas station attendants are getting in on this illegal but easy crime of credit card skimming. The only truly safe way to pay for gas is on a piece of equipment that can’t easily be tampered with. Our Pay @ Pump units will deactivate when tampered with.
