In Hillsborough County Fl a recent Chase ATM was compromised by a man placing a skimming device. The police state they are looking for a man in his 40's-50's. Suspicion arose when a woman came to use the machine and noticed black tape over the video camera. This same man was seen at multiple ATM's in the area. Police are asking for locals to help find him.
