We post numerous stories about breaches in security and malicious attacks on companies where customers information is compromised. Another major technology company, Sony, recently had its PlayStation Network maliciously attacked and it is reported that some 2.2 million users credit card information, "may" have been leaked in the hack.
Sony states: "If you have provided your credit card data through PlayStation Network or Qriocity, out of an abundance of caution we are advising you that your credit card number (excluding security code) and expiration date may have been obtained"
