I can duplicate your card number, but not your PIN

In some skimming and re-writing cases, criminals use blank cards, hotel room keys, etc. These 3 actually embossed blank cards to make them appear real. Even more reason businesses need to prompt for PIN debit transactions at the table. I can make a card with my name and your info, but I can not remake the PIN number. They were arrested shortly after when the police found 86 different cards in their possession.
