OKLAHOMA CITY -- Police said they're uncovering an underground network of people who look to buy and sell consumer credit and debit card numbers, including victims in the Oklahoma City area.Police said the victims eat meals at area restaurants and later discover that their cards are being used all over the country just hours later.A credit card security expert said the practice is commonly known as skimming."It's kind of like a Craigslist for thieves," said Kevin Haley of Symantec Norton Online Security. "You see supply and demand setting price. The value of the cards themselves, it's just like an open bazaar where buyers and sellers come together offering goods and looking to buy the goods and then they go off to a secret place to kind of finish their deal."
