PH. D Student Skimming Restaurant Patrons Cards

The man in the story below is a University of Georgia Ph. D Honor student who was living a double life. He would have accomplices working at local restaurants skim credit cards, and then he would collect the skimmers, create new cards, and then go on spending sprees.
